Vegetable and goat cheese pie

Healthy recipe for vegetable quiche and goat log quiche

Ingredients :

- pie dough

- 1 fennel

- 1 leek

- 1 onion

- 100g of goat's cheese
2 eggs

- 25cl of cream (or soy cream).

Preparation :

- Preheat the oven to 180°C.

- Wash, peel and chop the fennel, onion and leek.

- Brown the vegetables in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil.

- In a salad bowl, mix the cheese, eggs, cream and then add the vegetables.

- Place the dough in a pie tin covered with baking paper.

- Prick the tart with a fork and pour the mixture.

- Bake for 25 to 30 min.
