Rice pudding

 Recipe for rice pudding vegan



Preparation : 

5 min / Cooking time : 50 min / For 4 persons

Ingredients :

130 g of round rice type arborio

2 vanilla beans

1 L vanilla-flavoured rice milk

50 ml agave syrup

Preparation :

- Start by blanching your rice in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil.

- As soon as the water boils, stir your rice with a wooden spoon and drain it quickly under a trickle of fresh water.

- In a second saucepan, pour the blanched rice, the scraped vanilla beans and the vanilla rice milk.

- At the first simmer, lower the heat and cook for 45 minutes, stirring regularly.

- Remove from the heat and add the agave syrup and stir.

- Pour your rice pudding into ramekins and cover with cling film.

Let cool.
